Memphis Goodwill Promotes Dave Leutwyler, Beth Erb; Welcomes Keith Chapman, Kristina Wirt

Memphis, Tenn., – Memphis Goodwill has promoted former Executive Vice President Dave Leutwyler to Chief Operating Officer, and Beth Erb to the position of Vice President of Community Services. Keith Chapman has been named Vice President of Donated Goods and Kristina Wirt, Goodwill Job Center Manager.

Leutwyler has been with Memphis Goodwill for eight years. Before joining Goodwill, he served in senior leadership positions with TJ Maxx, Mapco Express, and in the U.S. Marine Corps. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for all operations of Goodwill activities in Donated Goods, Contracts Services and Goodwill Excel Center Mid-South.

Formerly the Sr. Director of Community Services, Erb has been with Memphis Goodwill for six years. She holds a B.A. in Sociology from University of Memphis. She is responsible for Goodwill’s provision of mission services, including The Excel Center and Goodwill Job Center.

As Vice President of Donated Goods, Chapman is responsible for all retail, transportation, salvage, and donor acquisition operations. Prior to joining Memphis Goodwill, Chapman was Vice President of Operations Mission Development Services for Goodwill Manasota.

As Job Center Manager, Wirt will oversee daily programs and services to clients. Wirt previously served as a Special Education Teacher with Shelby County Schools, and holds a Master’s degree in Human Services from the Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia.
