Latisha Robertson
Vice President of Contract Services
Latisha Robertson was born and raised in Memphis, TN. She graduated from The University of Memphis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice and graduated from The University of Phoenix, Online with a Master’s degree in Educational Studies. After getting her Bachelor’s Degree, Latisha became a part of the Memphis Goodwill family as a Case Manager for our Contract Department. This role included 3 government facilities in which people with disabilities and disadvantages were trained and hired for janitorial services and switchboard operations. Latisha was the advocate for these employees and a listening ear in helping them to achieve their goals of successful employment and achievement. With 10 years of experience of being an advocate for those with disabilities, Latisha has now been promoted to Vice President of Contract Services. In this role, Latisha offers support by way of training, helping with the upkeep of Memphis Goodwill contracts by offering quality control and improvement plans. “My passion is helping others achieve and succeed and this can be done in whatever role I am blessed to have,” states Robertson. “I enjoy working with Goodwill, it’s a not a job, but a career.” Robertson was also featured in Memphis Business Journal’s People on The Move.
